Craig Casey

Owner/Broker

I’ve been passionate about the real estate and insurance industries since 1979, when I started my career with Casey Realtors and Insurance, a business my father, Tommy Casey, founded over 50 years ago. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving twice as the President of the Central West TN Association of REALTORS.

Real estate and insurance are incredibly rewarding careers for me. Helping homeowners and sellers with their most significant assets, while also providing essential insurance services, has always been a fulfilling experience. For the past eight years, I’ve proudly served on the board of directors for the Central West TN Association of REALTORS. Additionally, I am the Chairman of the Board for First Methodist Church, the Chairman of the City of Henderson Planning Commission, serve on the Chester County Chamber of Commerce board, and am a member of the Barbecue Festival committee.

I love my community and am a lifetime Chester Countian. I attended MTSU, and I am married to my wonderful wife, Tami. I enjoy spending time with my family, including our two sons and five grandchildren. In my spare time, I referee Friday night football games and love to golf.

Linda Carter

I am a dedicated realtor at Casey Realtors with a passion for helping clients find their perfect homes. Born and raised in Hardin County, TN, I graduated from Central High School before starting my career at Casey Realtors in 1992. With a background in sales, I transitioned to become a licensed realtor and have been serving clients diligently ever since. Outside of work, I take pride in my family, which includes two daughters, two sons-in-law, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. My oldest daughter resides in Henderson with her husband and four children, one of whom is following in my footsteps as a realtor. My youngest daughter and her husband live in Texas with their two sweet daughters. Additionally, one of my grandchildren is an RN, another is a student at UT Knoxville, and the youngest is still in school in Chester County.

Zach Hannis

Zach Hannis has been a Realtor since 2006 in Chester County.

Zach has a background in the rental management , renovation, flipping, and investment – on top of a detailed knowledge of the housing market.

Zach believes it is about never stopping, persevering, and achieving one’s goals.

It all comes down to being prepared, hard work, and the ability to look at things just a little bit differently.
Zach bought his first home at 19 and continued growing his portfolio with multi-unit investment properties, single-family rental homes and residential developments. Over the years he has learned not only what he wants in a home, but what others want as well. The home buying process can be overwhelming. He will be by your side every step of the way – whether you’re stepping into the real estate market for the first time or hoping to buy the home of your dreams.

When Zach is not selling real estate he enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown children. He enjoys traveling all over the country with his family. He enjoys watching and playing many sports. He is also a huge supporter of Chester county athletics.

As a seasoned professional with over 30 plus  years of experience in sales and marketing, I am proud to have earned my degree in Sales/Marketing from Memphis State University in 1988. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, I ran my own business for many years. In 2019, I joined Casey Realtors, where I continue to utilize my extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry to assist clients. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Kim (Magee), for over 15 years, and we are proud grandparents of our six incredible grandchildren. After working in insurance many years 25 miles from home, Linda is blessed to be working closer to home with a firm serving others in many areas.  While her main focus is Commercial Lines, Life insurance and Bonds here at Casey Agency, her background is working with all types of insurance. Her interests away from the office include serving with her husband Bobby as he Pastor’s a small, beloved country church. She also enjoys spending time with their son Adam and his wife Erin, and is a proud step-grandparent of Elliot, Abby, and Jonathan and must mention two step “greats” Aiden and Noah Ann.

Lilee Weatherford

Hello, I’m Lilee Weatherford, I have lived most of my life in McNairy County. I graduated from McNairy Central High School in 2018 and have been at Casey’s Agency since May 2021. I married my high school sweetheart, Taylor, in September 2020. Outside of work, I indulge in various hobbies including reading, crafting, photography, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I’m passionate about continuously learning and growing both personally and professionally..

Amber Greer

Property Manager

Amber Greer has lived in Chester County almost all of her life.  She graduated from Chester County High School in 2002.  She has 1 son, Will, who graduated this year. Amber has been with Casey Realtors since July of 2008. She manages nearly 100 rental properties and continues to excel in her role, demonstrating her commitment to the community and her love for small-town life.

I enjoy meeting clients, and assisting them through the big decision of selling their existing property or searching for and buying that property they are interested in pursuing. I have had the privilege of serving individuals and families in the real estate business for over 25 years. I graduated with a Bachelor degree from Appalachian State University in 1993, and have been blessed with the opportunity to be an educator for over 30 years. I enjoy spending time with my wife whether it is walking together, hiking, traveling to see new places, or going to watch a baseball game at a major league baseball stadium that we haven’t been too. My wife and I have two sons, and two daughters-in-law that we also enjoy spending time with anytime that we have an opportunity. In my free time I umpire baseball.
